Description
This project involved Cullen Grummitt & Roe carrying out a feasibility study for a new grain unloading berth at Angra Dos Reis, located between Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. The new berth was required to provide greater availability of the existing wharf for the loading and export of steel coil.
Cullen Grummitt & Roe visited the site and obtained all data necessary to carry out a berth occupancy analysis. With the need for a new berth established, the preliminary design and cost estimate for a new grain unloading wharf, with associated unloaders and conveyors, was prepared.
